BINUS SCHOOL Semarang | Seminar on stock investments entitled “Stocks for Teens: Building Habits for a Golden Future.”

The HS10 students attended a seminar on stock investments entitled “Stocks for Teens: Building Habits for a Golden Future.” The seminar was held online on Friday, 10 March 2023, from 7:30 – 11.00 AM. It was aimed to equip high school students with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to invest in the stock market. Over 30 parents joined the event online, making it an interactive experience.The seminar featured experts in the field who work at Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) and Bank Mandiri. They covered several topics such as money value, the basics of how the stock market works and developing critical analysis and decision-making skills related to financial literacy and money management skills for life. The speakers encouraged the students to start investing early, emphasizingthat it is a key component of building a strong financial foundation. BINUS SCHOOL Semarang recognizes the importance of financial education and is committed to providing opportunities for its students to learn and grow in this area. Through the “Stocks for Teens” seminar, BINUS hopes to inspire students to develop a habit of investing for their golden future.
