ECY 1 students’ Field Trip to Gourmet House

The ECY 1 students and their teachers took part in a cooking class at Gourmet House on Wednesday, 18 October 2023. There, they learnt about healthy food and how to prepare sushi. This activity was also meant for the kids to practice their fine motor skills. They followed the
instructions from the chef who explained the process to prepare sushi: Take some rice, level it, add the filling and finally roll it. The ECY 1 students discovered a new recipe they will be able to apply at home!
